The sprat has disappeared from our sea. This was announced by fishermen and explained that according to them, this probably happened due to the fact that the sprat is a cold-loving fish, writes “Trud”.
At the moment the water is very warm, about 9 degrees and does not suit the “most popular” fish. Sprat has earned this definition because it is extremely cheap. There is no family by the sea that does not adore “sprat plakia” – tomatoes in the oven or fried, on a pancake.
“Anchovy is about to displace the sprat.” She loves the heat and we have been catching a large amount of this fish for several months now. It was the same last year, “the fishermen commented. According to them, anchovies love the warm sea and therefore climate change is in favor of the native shores. The fish that” grow “in warm waters remain in the bay.
The fishing boats take a lot of anchovies and sell them to our traders, part of them goes for export to Greece.
Now that the restaurants are open, restaurateurs will focus on seafood and especially fish soup. They are going to prepare it from fresh fish – anchovies and carrageenan, they will also add horse mackerel, mullet, sea bass and others. In general, the more fish there are, the better the soup.
The secret and ingredient that makes it irresistible is divisil. Many traders have also stocked up on shark fillets, which fishermen sell them and will offer delicious portions of pane on coastal traps.
