Former football player of Roman Lazio and Standard from Liège, Luis Pedro Cavanda, signed a contract with Trepca from Kosovska Mitrovica a few days ago, however, when he saw where he would play, he immediately gave up the contract and left Kosovo.
The Belgian reached an agreement with the president of Trepca, was satisfied with the financial offer he received and accepted to sign the contract. The problem arose when they took him to see the stadium where they play.
“Kavanda came to us, we paid for his ticket, hotel, showed him Pristina, took him to luxury restaurants. I told my associates that I was afraid they would run away from us“, says Abedin Zeka for” Indeksonline “and adds:
“The moment he entered the locker room, he no longer wanted to stay for a second. Imagine him going to Gjilan? When he saw the locker room there was not another 10 seconds left “.

Zeka points out that they did everything to convince him to change his mind, but he didn’t want to hear it either.
“As for the financial conditions, we agreed on everything and he was satisfied. We tried to convince him, we told him that there was a war here…”
Reportedly, Kavanda will continue his career in China.
