Instead of an explosive device in the bag there was a mother with small kittens and a note
Sappers in Ohio, USA, responded to a report of a “suspicious” bag found in front of a church, only to find something completely unexpected in it, CNN reported.
While opening the bag, bomb disposal specialists from the Butler County Sheriff’s Office came across a cat and her newborn kittens.
“Instead of suspicious ticking, our specialists heard purring,” the service said on its Facebook page.

In addition to the hairy “bombs”, a note was found in the bag stating when the writing began to give birth, as well as that her name was Sprinkles.
The cat and her babies were taken to an animal shelter in Hamilton, where they were “warmed, fed and feeling well.”
The shelter added that the kittens were bathed immediately after their arrival, as they were “soaked” in mother’s urine.

Sprinkles has been vaccinated, and her blood tests have shown that she is in good health.
It is also clear from the announcement that the hairy mother is doing an excellent job of caring for her babies, and that a home has been found for all of them.
