The third victim was a girl named Nadine who worked in one of the libraries that he seized from his friend Reda, and he lured the girl to his house and killed her in the same way and buried her body next to the body of his friend and his ex-wife.
In 2017, Al-Saffah went to Alexandria and there he continued committing his crimes, killing a worker in his shop.
