From March 29, when the Easter holidays begin, up to six people or two households will be able to gather in parks and gardens.
The blockade in England will be lifted in four phases. This was announced by the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Boris Johnson before the House of Commons, quoted by PA and the Guardian.
Johnson clarified that the restrictive measures will be lifted in full from June 21.
During the first phase, all schools in England will open from March 8 and people will be allowed to socialize in parks and public places with another person from that date.
From March 29, when the Easter holidays begin, up to six people or two households will be able to gather in parks and gardens.
An international travel ban will be reviewed, with May 17 being the earliest possible date for a holiday abroad.
From April 12 at the earliest shops, hairdressing salons, beauty studios, libraries and others will be open.
From 17 May at the earliest, two households or groups of up to six people will be able to gather indoors, and a limited group of fans of sporting events will also be allowed.
From June 21 at the earliest, all other restrictions will be lifted, nightclubs will be open and larger events will be allowed.
The prime minister also ordered several examinations, including whether people should show that they have been vaccinated against the coronavirus or present a negative test.
It will be checked whether a “COVID status certificate” can allow people who have been vaccinated or have a negative coronavirus test to do things that will not be allowed to those who cannot prove their status.
A program for conducting tests and other measures in organizing events with more people will be studied.
The rules for international travel will also be revised, with May 17 being the earliest date for traveling abroad.
By June 21, there will be a review of social distance requirements, including the use of masks and the requirement to work from home.
The measures are expected to be voted on by parliament in late March.
Despite the loosening, Johnson warned that the threat remained.
Authorities in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland will decide for themselves on public health measures. They are expected to start loosening in the coming months.
