Intelcia sets itself up as a developer of talents beyond national borders by extending its “Graduate program” internationally.
Already present on three continents and 17 countries, Intelcia is entering a new phase of growth and has decided to internationalize its “Graduate Program” for the benefit of graduates of major French business and engineering schools.
The program offers a complete three-year course to young talents, with 3 to 5 missions lasting 6 to 12 months within the various central departments. The course is punctuated by a 6-month international mission. Throughout the 3 years, the talent follows a parallel course of training on project management (PMP, CAPM), or management.
« This program is a career accelerator which allows these young talents to access management positions after 3 years ”, explains Iman Benabdallah, Director of Talent Management at Intelcia. And to add: ” they will be cOached directly by the directors of the departments in which they operate, they manage various projects and at the same time benefit from a complete training course including certifications in project management and management ».
The objective of the program is to develop talents into international managers and future leaders capable of supporting the Group’s international expansion, but also towards new professions.
