With its latest developments in the United States, Latin America and the Caribbean, the Intelcia Group has decided to bring its “Graduate Program” to an international level.
The Group, which is now positioned as a global player in outsourcing with a presence in 17 countries and a workforce of 30,000 employees in 2021, is entering a new phase of growth after having established itself among the leaders of the French-speaking market, indicates the company in a press release.
Thus, to consolidate its presence in its new English-speaking territories and continue to develop its activity on the 3 continents -Africa, Europe, America-, Intelcia has decided to go on the offensive on the “Talents” market by focusing on international plan its “Graduate Program”, according to the same source.
A specific recruitment and training program launched in 2016 and intended for graduates of French grandes écoles. In the viewfinder, and to name a few, HEC Paris, ESSEC Business School, ESCP Europe, EM Lyon, EDHEC Business School… for business schools and Paris Tech, Polytechnique, Mines Paristech, Centrale-Supelec… for schools engineers. Objective: to turn these talents into international managers and future leaders able to carry the Group’s expansion into new geographies but also new professions.
The “Graduate Program” offers a complete three-year course to these young talents, with 3 to 5 missions lasting 6 to 12 months within the various central departments, the press release said, adding that a passage through production is required in order to fully understand the Group’s core business.
And to note that the course is punctuated by a 6-month international mission. Throughout the 3 years, the talent follows a parallel training course in project management (PMP, CAPM), management, etc.
“This program is a career accelerator that allows these young talents to access management positions after 3 years. Directly coached by the directors of the departments in which they operate, the talents manage various projects and at the same time benefit from a comprehensive training course including certifications in project management and management ”, said Iman Benabdallah, director of talent management at ‘Intelcia, cited in the press release.
Indeed, the program allows talents to have access to the highest decision-making bodies of the Group, which gives them the possibility of having a 360 vision of the company, she said, adding that “to To date, 4 laureates have come from the program out of a total of 18 participants. The objective is to equip the Group with the best skills to extend its footprint in new territories after having established itself in the top 5 of French-speaking outsourcers ”.
For 2021, the Group intends to initially equip 7 countries of the Group taking part in the “Graduate Program” with at least one talent, or even more according to the needs of each.
