James Franco sued on serious charges
It was originally two female actors who filed a civil lawsuit against Franco. The two he accused of having exploited them and other young women to try for – and be part of the recording of partly rough sex scenes. This must have happened under the auspices of the “film school” and under the guise that it would be career-promoting for the young women.
CBS writes that the parties have been discussing the possibilities for a settlement for several months and that the legal process has been put on hold in the meantime.
