By The Economist | On 02/22/2021 – 12:07 | Share

Outsourcing specialist Intelcia intends to consolidate its presence in its new English-speaking territories and continue to develop its activity on 3 continents (Africa, Europe, America). It has just internationalized its “Graduate Program”. The latter, launched in 2016, is intended for graduates of major business and engineering schools. The objective is to transform these talents into international managers and future leaders “able to carry the expansion of the Group into new geographical areas, but also new professions”. The aim is to “equip the Group with the best skills to extend its footprint in new territories after having established itself in the top 5 French-speaking outsourcers”, specifies Iman Benabdallah, Director of Talent Management at Intelcia.

This “Graduate Program” indeed offers a complete three-year course to these young talents, with 3 to 5 missions lasting 6 to 12 months within the various central departments. It also includes a passage through production “in order to fully understand the Group’s core business”. Also, a 6-month international mission is planned. Over the 3 years concerned, the talent follows a parallel training course in project management (PMP, CAPM), management, etc. It should be remembered that the Group has more than 30,000 employees in its 17 countries of presence.
