Iranian Foreign Minister Javed Zarif says US sanctions on the nuclear weapons issue have cost their economy তাদের 1 trillion. He has demanded compensation. Meanwhile, in another Twitter message, Javed Zarif claimed that Europe is not saying anything about Israel’s nuclear plant. They are following a dual policy.
“We will raise the issue of compensation when negotiations on the international nuclear deal resume,” Javed Zarif was quoted as saying by Al Jazeera and Purse Today in a lengthy interview with the country’s state-run Press TV. He referred to the immoral activities of former President Donald Trump at the time. He said Trump imposed sanctions on all sectors of Iran after withdrawing from the nuclear deal in 2016. He said Trump imposed 600 new sanctions. Trump also reinstated 600 sanctions imposed before the nuclear deal.
In a Twitter message, Javed Zarif sharply criticized the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and the West’s dual policy on the nuclear issue, saying that Israel’s Dimona was the only factory in the region to make atomic bombs. According to satellite imagery and the American Federation of Scientists, Israel is expanding the Dimona nuclear arsenal. America and Europe, however, have a silent role in this matter by following a blind policy. As much as they are concerned about Iran’s peaceful nuclear program. So the words of concern on their faces are inappropriate.
